Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Battery/Core Charge

  • - Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry.  (No acid)
  • - Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.
 

Order/Cancellation Policy

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.

Refund and Return Policy

  • - No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems.
  • - All other returns subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • - All returns must be in original packaging.
  • - All returns must have a return authorization #.

- Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed.

Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

International Orders

Babbitts Online will accept and ship international orders. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 4-5 days if your item is back orded. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Price Changes

Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers in the event that this happens we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices subject to change without notice, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to placing your order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Order & Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be patient while we process your order. Our normal shipping time is 1-3 business days after we receive your order. Air shipments also take us a few days to process. Thank you for your understanding.

Merchandise Availability

We order our merchandise to be available before it is printed in our catalog or on our website. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product, but please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's the right size. Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.

Returns

Babbitt's Online will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused!! Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns made without exchanges shall be subject to a 30% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as Babbitt's Online will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to Babbitt's Online. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any Special Order, electrical and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!!

All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee. Backorders are handled on a half down, half on completion basis. If you agree to a backorder, we will charge half of the item as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation.

Defective Merchandise

All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Babbitt's Online. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!!

International Orders

Although international orders may be placed at Babbitt's Online, our online shopping cart can only accept US & Canadian orders at this time.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions or other errors on our web pages. We take all of our information directly from the manufacturers and will not be liable for any of their errors!!
